If it wasn't for the fact that it was clearly made by someone who has access to the original images used to make these old games, I'd think it was some kind of bootleg for how easily it customizes (though the inability to actually render in a Windows window is quite odd.) SPP Four (which is available here) used higher quality renderings of many of the same photo shoots, apparently, and if you don't like futzing with DOS (.then why are you here? LOL) you can put extracted resources from these earlier games into a format that Version 4 can understand, since it uses plain-text data files and regular image folders, and will read whatever spp files you put in its directory.
